Shipping, Returns & Storage Policies

1. Authorized Returns

In the rare event that a return is authorized by management, the following terms apply strictly:

• Authorization Required: No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a prior written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Restocking Fee: A 50% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns of non-defective items.
• Return Shipping: The customer is solely responsible for all freight and shipping costs back to the warehouse or manufacturer's facility. Items must be shipped via an insured professional carrier.
• Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging/crating, and in "as-new" resalable condition. Installation or modification of a product constitutes final acceptance.

2. Damage & Freight Claims

To protect yourself from shipping damage, please adhere to the following inspection window:

• Mandatory BOL Notation: Customers must inspect all packaging at the time of delivery. Any visible damage to crates or boxes must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves. Signature on the BOL without notation constitutes your legal acceptance of the product in good condition.
• 5-Day Inspection Window: All products must be uncrated and inspected for "concealed damage" (chips, cracks, or manufacturing errors) within 5 business days of delivery.
• Claim Requirements: Claims must be submitted via email within this 5-day window and must include:
  1. Clear photos of the damaged product.
  2. Photos of the external packaging/crating.
  3. A copy of the signed BOL noting the damage.
• Finality: After 5 business days, the customer assumes full responsibility for the product, as freight carriers will no longer honor damage claims.

3. Non-Payment & Storage

• Storage Fees: EpoxySinks.com will assess a 10% monthly storage fee on all "Ready to Ship" orders that have been manufactured but remain unpaid or uncollected.
• Order Cancellation: If payment is not received within 30 days of the "Ready to Ship" notice, EpoxySinks.com reserves the right to cancel the order and relinquish all associated product allocations.
• Abandonment: Any product left in our possession for more than 90 days due to non-payment or failure to arrange shipping will be considered abandoned and may be sold to recoup manufacturing costs.
